Absolutely! Here’s a friendlier version:

You’ll start with a monthly salary of ₹25,000 for the first year, ₹28,000 for the second year, and ₹31,000 for the third and fourth years.

But wait, there’s more! Along with your salary, you’ll also get additional benefits like reimbursement for medical insurance premiums, company provident fund contributions, travel allowance and daily allowance for official duties, and paid leave as per the rules.

RESERVATIONS AND RELAXATIONS:

If you belong to categories like EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PwD, or Ex. SM, you’ll receive reservations and relaxations as per the guidelines set by the President.

For age relaxation, OBC candidates get 3 years, SC/ST candidates get 5 years, and PwBD candidates with 40% or more disability receive an additional 10 years of relaxation on top of the category-based relaxation.

Additionally, candidates who were domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir from 1980 to 1989 get a 5-year upper age limit relaxation.

HOW TO APPLY:

If you’re eligible and interested in applying, you can download the application form from our website at www.ecil.co.in. When you come for the selection process, make sure to arrive by 9:00 AM with the following documents:

1. Your 10th grade certificate or school leaving certificate proves your date of birth.
2. Documents verifying your qualifications, such as your BE/B.Tech. certificate and marks sheet. If your grades are in CGPA format, include a conversion certificate from your institution or university.
3. Experience certificates from your previous jobs, clearly stating the duration (from & to dates) and your job title. If you’re currently employed, bring a copy of your appointment order and recent pay slips.
4. If you’re applying for a reserved category (EWS/OBC/SC/ST), bring your category certificate. For OBC candidates, make sure the certificate is not older than a year and mentions the ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ clause.
5. Bring a government-issued identity proof and a recent passport-size color photograph.
6. If applicable, bring a valid certificate for persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD), a discharge certificate for ex-servicemen, and any relevant certificates if you’re claiming age relaxation as a candidate from Jammu & Kashmir.
7. Remember, registration at the venue closes at 11:30 AM on the date of selection.
