NTA NEET UG 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is once again conducting the All India National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET UG 2024). Information regarding the start and end dates of the application will be released from 09-02-2024 to 09-03-2024. But NTA released a calendar a few days ago giving information about the exam date for NEET UG 2024. This year, the exam is also being conducted in offline mode, like last year. There has also been a change in the syllabus of the NEET UG 2024 exam this year, and the syllabus of the NEET UG 2024 exam has been changed by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

| ◾ NEET UG Code 01: “If you’re currently in 12th grade and waiting for your results in 2024, you can still apply for the NEET UG (Undergraduate) exam, but here’s the catch: you won’t be eligible for admission to MBBS or BDS programs if you Don’t pass your 12th grade exams with the required percentage when the first counseling round happens. So, While you can take the test, make sure you’re prepared to meet the grade requirements when the time comes for admissions.” ◾ NEET UG Code 02: If you’ve completed your 12 years of schooling and are aiming for higher education like MBBS or BDS, here’s What you need: You should have studied physics. Chemistry, biology, and biotechnology (including practical tests), and Mathematics or any other elective subject along with English in your last two years of school. This by the National Committee on Education. So, as long as You’ve covered these subjects; you’re good to go! ◾ NEET UG Code 03: If you’ve completed your science-based Intermediate or Pre-degree Examination from a recognized Indian University/Board, here’s what you need: Make sure You’ve studied Physics, Chemistry, biology, etc. Biotechnology (including practical tests) and English as a compulsory subject. As long as you’ve covered In these subjects, you’re on the right track! | ◾ NEET UG Code 04 : If you’ve passed your Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent, you can also take the Pre-professional/ Pre-medical Examination. This exam covers Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as compulsory subjects, including practical tests in these subjects. So, if you’re aiming for a medical career, this is another pathway you can take after your high school. ◾ NEET UG Code 05 : If you’ve finished your first year at a recognized university in a three-year degree program, and you’ve studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology with practical tests, that’s great! Just make sure you passed your previous qualifying exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as a core subject. This prepares you for further studies in the medical field. ◾ NEET UG Code 06 : If you’ve completed your B.Sc. from an Indian University, make sure you’ve passed with at least two of these subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology), or Bio-technology. Also, ensure you passed your earlier qualifying exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. This sets you up for eligibility in certain medical programs. |
